   he main hairstylist, the Asian man who I believe is also the owner/manager was very rude. I was treated disrespectfully, and I didn't not get what I asked for. The shape color and length of my hair was faaaar from what I had asked her. Basically he did what he liked not what I wanted.I ended up with short hair when I had asked for shoulder-lenght (long) hair.
   At the end, their card reader did not work and they blamed it on my 2 debit cards both being faulty. I was sent to look for an atm and when I returned saying the only one in the proximity that I found was not working, was told i should go back out and look again. For all this I was charged 165 EUR, which I had to pay. They did not show any interest in me or empathy for how upset I was with the result and instead tried to convince me it looks nicer this way than what i wanted initially.
